All relevant information (type of visa, the responsible Embassy for the area, documentation to be submitted, how to book your appointment, Italian and Schengen regulations, etc..) can be found on this website of the Embassy (go to the link “Visas”) and on the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as on the website of PIASI (Philippine Audiotext Interactive Services, Inc.) - – the service provider duly authorized by the Italian Embassy.The PIASI call center - which provides information on the different types of visas and on the status of visa applications already submitted, and books the schedule for the door-to-door collection of applications and/or documents - is active through dedicated phone lines (check at a cost of 32 PHP/min.

Italian language course for children


Effective 02 March 2015, applications for the Legalization of Civil and Other documents for the Embassy of Italy in Manila will be processed by VIA Plus.
Applicants may visit:

Italian Culture on the Net (ICoN)

ICoN - Italian Culture on the Net - is a Consortium composed of 19 Italian Universities operating in agreement with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs that was created in 1999 under the patronage of the President of the Chamber of Deputies and with the support of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Universities. ICoN's goal is to promote and spread the Italian language and culture in the world through  information and communication technologies and specific education initiatives.

The Embassy of Italy is a member of the ICoN Consortium and it is also the testing center for all ICoN examinations.
